If they don't back down, make them fire or dismiss you. That way you have legal recourse for wrongful dismissal. If you just leave, out of frustration or because of the various social pressures, you will have limited legal options. The employers want the non-compliant to leave on their own so the employer avoids liability.

So correct, because I have never understood how someone can work for the same company for 20/30/40 years and absolutely not get sick and tired of it. I understand if you own your own business, but they are programmed. No other word for it.

I was reading the Third Wave by Avlin Tofler, and he said that this was all thought up over 100 years ago. Basically the industrialists of the time set up the education system to spit out young adults who were basically programmed to take orders, be punctual, and worship the company.

I have a feeling that there is a strong reason for the sudden rush to get people vaccinated... and it's because the cabal is realizing that they are under a time crunch. Before long, the deadly effects of the covid vax will start showing up in overwhelming #'s. They want to hurry and get everyone they can vaxxed before people can see the true results.

Delay, delay, delay.

After September 30th, if they call you in for disciplinary action, you can always tell them that you kept putting it off, but fully intended to get vaxxed. Liberals are suckers for that. Of course, once you take the 1st shot, you have to wait 30-days for the 2nd. Stall for time. Meanwhile, find a nurse that is willing to squirt the vaccine down the sink and record you as being vaxxed.

This has already happened to my wife and will likely happen to me pending an announcement from my company soon.

We have already started talking to doctors and they don't want to write an exemption, even after we explained the risks, the documented side effects, deaths, and even the fact that we have natural immunity already. Their response is that they are following CDC guidance.

I took a look into this further and it looks like in the past, doctors have been getting disciplined and/or having their licenses revoked by medical boards for not following CDC guidance with respect to vaccination. I think if a doctor is not just brainwashed, they now fear for their job if they write an exemption.

Companies are now also establishing committees to review religious exemptions, with the sole purpose of dismissing your religious exemption based on whatever reasons they can find to claim your beliefs are not sincere or that the religion you adhere to does not explicitly reject vaccines or covid 19 vaccines.

This is way easier said than done. Have you ever tried to sue a company that has EPLI insurance (so they don’t really pay for their attorneys and damages)?

Unless you’re a minority of some sort, it’s very difficult to do unless you have a lot of financial resources.

Lawyers are very expensive and they will probably not be working on contingency for cases like this unless the numbers are large (several people involved in the same lawsuit).

Threaten legal action. Force them to take full responsibility for vaccine damages. Threaten them with Nuremberg level consequences for coercing you. The company I work for hasn't implemented this policy yet but I fully expect it soon. You have a few months which is helpful. Hopefully the true number of fatalities surfaces between now and then and there is some logic beaten into the heads of corporate America.
