It depends on which area of Alabama you were in. The County I live (south part) in most aren’t wearing masks, but if you go to the county across the bay (city) they are stupid, just like in the northern parts of our state. My husband went to Birmingham for some training for work, and he said even the hotel expected them to wear masks 🙄. He wants to take a trip to some friends in Arizona, but I refuse to wear a mask, and it would take too long to drive, so I said either you go by yourself or we aren’t going. I refuse to put on a mask to make others feel better, not to mention I can’t breathe in the damn things, and refuse to put myself through that to make other people feel better. I have MD so if I can’t breathe then I get anxiety, which can lead to me having a MD attack (I’d rather call them episodes). It’s not a fun experience and not fun to see a person go through it.
Alabamians seem pretty passive from what I can tell, am I wrong on this?
Was in a few stores about a week ago and the vast majority were still wearing masks.
