The photo was taken on 5 October 2020 after President Trump returned to the White House from Walter Reed Medical Center after quarantine and treatment for Corona Virus. Here are two videos showing the event. What is important to understand is that President Trump 'initiates' the salutes he renders Marine 1 as it departs.
Clip 1. News coverage from outside the WH grounds with long lens camera:
Was Trump asked to be President?
Why?
By who?
Who was Trump talking to in Marine 1?
Who was Trump talking to for 2 minutes and 14 seconds after landing?
Who was President Trump saluting as Marine 1 took off on 5 October 2020
Who?
After the salute, the President turned and entered the Blue Room and recorded the following short speech. To my ear there is just something as hinky about the speech as that salute:
"I just left Walter Reed Medical Center and its really something very special... the doctors, the nurses, the first responders.
And I learned so much about Corona Virus. And one thing that's for certain... Don't let it dominate you. Don't be afraid of it. You're going to beat it. We have the best medicines, all developed recently. And you are going to beat it.
I went, I didn't feel so good. And two days ago, I could have left two days ago. Two days ago felt like great. Better than I have in a long time. I said just recently, better than 20 yeas ago.
Don't let it dominate you. Don't let it take over your lives. Don't let that happen.
We are the greatest country in the world. We're going back... we're going back to work. We're going to be out front. As your leader I had to do that. I knew there would be danger to it, but I had to do it. I stood out front, I... I lead. Nobody that's a leader would not do what I did. And I know there's a risk. That there is danger, but that's O.K.
And now I'm better and maybe I'm immune. I don't know.
But don't let it dominate you. Get out there. Be careful. We have the best medicines in the world. And they'll all happening very shortly. And they're all getting approved. And the vaccines are coming, momentarily.
Man that is a strange scene now that you mention it. Why would Trump stand around waiting for the chopper? Almost like a body double saluting the real Trump? Who would be up the chain from Trump?
that video has been haunting me for the last hour. Reading the new posts and the Q drops above, I could see this being his reaction to just hearing that he and his family were in danger and the good guys just stopped the evil-doers in their tracks. His reaction could have been overwhelming gratitude and respect for the Marines that saved his life and Melania?
Excluding Navy ship christenings, wreath / burial ceremonies (non-living exceptions) a medal of honor recipient (I think) when wearing the medal vice ribbon (living exception), the Commander-in-Chief receives salutes, he does not initiate them (and I am not so sure about the medal of honor recipient). The President of The United States does not salute the north end of a southbound helicopter.
Here is Mel Gibson rendering a salute to President Trump a few days ago:
The year is 2022, and the world is at peace. George W. Shrub, the infamous former leader of the free world, is struggling to release a new biography about his "fantastical adventures in office." At his biographer's recommendation, Shrub journeys to the U.N. American Presidential Museum in order to research his presidential career. Once there, Shrub crosses paths with Perry, the timid nighttime janitor at the museum. Soon, the two unlikely allies find themselves joining forces to defend the museum from a series of mysterious attacks. With the 5th Anniversary of World Peace being held at the museum in a few days, George and Perry must rely on their wits and gut instincts to stop the attackers and restore peace and justice throughout the galaxy.
Dan Scavino tweeted a 28 second video.

Whatever that was, it was important. The look on his face was hard to decipher but there was more to it than a photo opp

Thank you very much.
And Walter Reed... what a group of people.
Thank you very much.

Scouring Q drops for clues... bumped up against this brick wall in Q drop #11:
Commander and Chief instead of Commander-in-Chief

Currently researching #11 / #66 / #2658 / #2786 for variations of Commander/Chief verbiage.
These may be hints about Q / POTUS and whatever command structure exists between them.
The CIA just attacked the Command and Chief which was immediately detected by NSA/MI and alerted to POTUS.

Until you get this is AI vs AI you will be stuck in the maze.
When you have a plan and execute you tend to know what event is coming. Patriots are in control is what I think that means.
