My husband works for the VA. He was told today that if he doesn't get the shot within 8 weeks, he will be let go. If it isn't FDA approved, how can they legally do this?

As a back up plan, everyone is hiring. There are jobs everywhere. I work for the airport, they are literally hiring everyone from baggage to rental cars to bus drivers to restaurant staff.
