Department of Energy, in charge of nuclear power/weapons, is Q level clearance.

To assume that Q is simply one person is a slap in the face of the operation at best, and intentional misdirection at worst.

'slap in the face'? Ha, absurd. I am fully aware that Q is a group, what I am suggesting is that Sessions is right at the top. Either Sessions is a black hat, or he's at the very top as a white hat. Trust Sessions is brought up more than anyone else in the Q Drops. So that means Q is misdirecting, or telling the Anons Sessions is highly important.
