Been looking at posts from local news media here in Columbus, Ohio over the past few months and am certain 90% of Fakebook comments on news articles are bots, especially if it is a local story.
Within the first half hour or so local people will post and chime in like based citizens totally disagreeing with the media story. Within an hour or so the bots kick in carrying the media narrative and completely overrun the comments and trend toward the top.
Feel that we are in complete manipulation by AI or bots. Anyone else see this where you live?
Totally agree they are on media pages. Also hired for Governor's posts and his pet projects. Company called AmplifyOhio.com hired to 'boost' his policies. For the most part I think they are real people but likely fake accounts but paid to post. They really hate it when I out them.
One way to recognize the bots is that they operate within a window of time. Either right after the post is made or during the next high traffick time. If you reply to one of their comments outside of that window you get ignored but if you happen to reply while they are active you get swarmed.
Yes, totally! That is what I am seeing!
I think the whole Renacci vs DeWine thing is fake and orchestrated. DeWine will pull out later on after they've used this to split the primary vote. But they are using these bot accounts to make it sound like it's a real fight. It's all theater.
what do you think of both faggots to take Stivers spot?
I am voting for Mike Carey today. I've met him and I believe he's a fighter and sincere. The rest are all establishment or wannabees. Mike is a bit too much of a politician for my tastes but still far better than Stivers ever was and way ahead of his competition.
To be clear the things Renacci is accusing DeWine of are the LEAST of DeWine's crimes yet are still real. But Renacci is paid out of the same deep pockets as DeWine is.
Most profiles on big tech platforms are bots. Believe nothing
