Arrest every last one of these people who are stalling. This is very frustrating all the funds going to try to get these people to do what they legally are suppose to do. Throw their asses in jail. Freeze their accounts. Throw the book at them and do not let them out until all the subpoenas are answered.
Surely, surely... They must know how the optics of this are playing out.
They're cornered, and have no play left but to delay. My question is this: delay for what? If they know their position is indefensible, this tactic must have a purpose. They seem to be waiting for something else to happen.
That is one of the failings of Public-Private Partnerships, also know as quangos. They hide behind their private-sector status to obfuscate and dodge their responsibilities.
Unfortunately, all governments in the world have outsourced their obligations to such organisations.
Sure, but the way their partnership with the government is structured, they can have plausible deniability. My solution would be to hack the bastards. Or maybe use the packet information that Lindell is going to make public.
