I was thinking along the same lines. Maybe they are preparing for a wave of problems caused by the vax.

Either problems with the vax or maybe they're setting the stage for getting military in place for a big reveal that sets off a portion of the population.

Well here's a little oddity I just stumbled upon that makes this even more confusing.

Apparently, Tennessee passed a law that makes it illegal for the state or local governments to mandate or coerce someone into taking the jab.
