Yes. All law schools teach 'Law Positive' as opposed to Common Law. Common Law is what our Constitution is based on. It was the guiding principle for the acknowledgement of the Bill of Rights being from the Creator. Common Law is based on Natural Law, which comes from the Creator. In law schools, Common Law is a mere mentioning; a relic of the distant past. Law Positive (or 'Positive Law') is what is central to teachings in all Laws schools. I don't know if there is an exception. Law Positive is basically legalism in that court rulings dictate the course of all future rulings. Look it up so you understand how fucked up attorneys are. There was a reason our founding fathers added the original 13th Amendment. The British attacked Washington DC and burned the White House to get rid of it.
Any bar attorney has sworn allegiance to a foreign power. Common law is still there just most people don't know how to use it, including attorneys. Contract law or maritime law is all about getting that money out of the strawman account that every one has from the time of birth. The Judge and Prosecutor and paid out of that account for a felony. He explains it all in the video. It is long and I am sure no one will watch it. But commit 15 minutes a day and by a week, I am sure you will be glad you did.
"Any bar attorney has sworn allegiance to a foreign power."
This is true.
"Common law is still there just most people don't know how to use it, including attorneys. "
This true because it is NOT emphasized in law schools. 'Positive Law" is the emphasis. This is something you can readily look up. In fact, look up 'Positive Law versus Common Law'. You find a very good write up on it from a major law school.
I know all about the 'straw man' stuff since the 1970s. I have no doubt it is true. But, I've seen hundreds of people come and go teaching this for use in court. I tend to believe the court system protects their own asses and anyone using the straw man defense gets abused and even jailed. I knew a guy, who is no longer with us, had his arm broken in court for his polemic. Sad to see.
You do know there is a video connected to what I posted? Just click on the link and you will go to it. This is where I got the information, not because I am some lawyer or anything. Most lawyers or judges are just gonna know what they been taught. There is alot to this stuff and leaving something out or answering to the wrong name. Even showing up to a summons of your full cap name, they got ya. Because you showed up. Even using a zip code on ya address.
He talks about some old boy they got up in New York, corrupt judges had a psychologist call him crazy and locked him up into a looney bin. I would say the best way to get off is give them more money than they would make sentencing ya. But we are talking over 6 figures.
I just watched the video and took what I can get from it.
He has had a price put on his head but that is from calling a certain someone out .
Did you even read my post? You might want to see how Law Positive fits into the scheme of things. What you are presenting here is 'old news' to me. Ask yourself, why are cities and town 'incorporated'? They have a Articles of Incorporation. It's all stems from the Act of 1887.
If it is old news, (you still didn't answer the question of whether you even watched the video, humor me and lie some) then why are you here? Pass it by and stroll on like I do when I already know something. Unless you have an agenda here.......
Feel free to start your own thread on the topic of Law Positive
Hey, I asked you first. This is the gentleman way of social discourse. You didn't answer first and never looked up what Law Positive vs. Common Law is. It ADDS to your polemic. It doesn't subtract from it. So humor me first. I'm 70 some years old and have been in a few rodeos in my life. I think I know how to ride a horse.
Gentleman? That is a word I have blissfully never been called. I know better than to post a video of such length on here. But someone might surprise me one day. Polemic huh? I came to post a video, all the information I gave out was in the video, not mine. Seems like you are projecting your polemic at me.
