I don't know if I've missed someone explaining it before, and if I have, I'm sorry. It's been a topic a few of us in my area have been discussing without zeroing in on the answer as we're looking for ways to help others wake up. (Admittedly, I don't know what that says about us.)
Does anyone know why are there people awake versus asleep? Not just recently, but even going backward 60 years. Why isn't everyone affected by the psy ops? Why do we see things and immediately think this is bullshit while others don't see anything wrong at all? Surely it cannot be an IQ thing. Is our skepticism from an automatic distrust in others or institutions? Is it academic from subjects we studied? Is it an independence mindset stemming from a natural desire not to be told what to do and think? Are those who appear to be oblivious to their surroundings and events actually oblivious? Or are they bullshitting us? It's like living in the twilight zone.
Not everyone is susceptible to the propaganda and subliminal conditioning.
Not sure as to why. Are the brainwashing methods flawed? Does it have to do with individual upbringing? IQ? Divine/fated paths?
Ive seen lots of spitballing as to why over the past few years but no concrete conclusions drawn.
In any event, here we are. I too am very interested in this subject as I've witnessed people Ive known my whole life end up on the brainwashed side and for most of them, it was around the same time: 2014-2016. All were moderate politically. Most leaning slightly left or right of center, actually many were libertarian in their beliefs of "live and let live" and smaller govt. Age group 30-45.
Whatever mass societal conditioning tactic that was implemented during that time frame, it roped a good chunk of the population into it. The only parallels I've been able to notice between the various people I know personally are they all became heavy/constant streaming service addicts during the same time frame.
It is my theory that while propaganda and subliminal messaging exist in all forms of media, services such as Netflix were broadly effective in their application of said conditioning. Couple this with other forms of conditioning and reinforcement via social media and you've got a whole bunch of group think volunteers who had no idea they were even being conditioned in the first place...
I like your theory, and I suspect you're over the target. I need to spend some time thinking about it.
