By now there is literally mountains of evidence out there. The very least he can do for you is to spare 15 minutes to watch this; that's not much to ask. If he wants to see more after this, then there is plenty more from other leading experts, but this is short and sweet at only 15 minutes, so it's a great intro to what is really going on.
