But we got NONE of this before the test, which tells me it was something of a trap for the companies. People said that when they were watching tv, instead of getting the notification on their cable tv, they got a Seinfeld rerun, and they couldn't even turn it off. So, something else was afoot. Also, it is glaringly obvious to those of us who didn't have this information about IOS that we needed to opt-in, which I now have done. The fact that the phone companies didn't even warn us is another big red flag that shows where their loyalties lie. This was a great test indeed!!
I didn't get anything on my Galaxy s10 either.
I should have included that my emergency alerts are on and I have always received Amber alerts and such. So it is curious. I have a galaxy s10.
