So our family has officially had both versions. We got the original back in Dec2019/Jan 2020. Delta has worked its way thru the house over the past 2 weeks. I'm the last one to get it. We all can tell you from personal experience round 2 is way less bad than the first one. The first one we really couldn't control the running nose or the cough. The first one lasted 4-6 weeks across each individual. This time it is being controlled with OTC medicine without much issue. On average it's several days of runny nose, cough, and being tired. We nearly daily take Vitamin D, C, Zinc, and Elderberry.
Edit: - No we will not get the shot as natural immunity trumps shots.
No such thing as Delta, Lamda, or Suckera. CDC already admitted their tests can’t tell the difference between good old flu, or Covid. Dive deeper and you’ll realize you’ve been had by the delta-BS. It’s just good old standard Covid, or flu you have. Nothing else. But on that note, I hope you’re feeling better.
I get it, All I know is that it's so much milder than a year ago.
did you get a flu shot in 2019?
Nope
How do you know it’s delta?
Correct!!
Or maybe you just had the flu and the PCR test can't tell the difference.
Remember the flu? It was just like a year and a half ago.
Yeah, I haven't forgotten about the Flu, It will be a killer year for it this year. I don't want to think about how bad it might be with all the jabbed people and their bodies attacking themselves.
I'm just saying everything these days is covid. Not really sure if it's true.
Who even knows these days
I had the weird virus in December 2019 after trips to Houston etc- exhaustion— deep cough, no sense of taste for 3-5 days — no aching like the flu - had H1N1 in 2009-10 thought my flesh was being ripped off the bone - missed 2-3 days of work. Just saying the worst thing I’ve ever had was Whooping Cough ( Pertussis) — vaccinated all my life but exposed from Mexican Nationals with active disease and no previous vaccinations —I seriously don’t know how infants survive this— it was awful ( however my mother had it at 6 years old prior to vaccines and didn’t seem to think it was as bad as my experience at 53-54 — have to say I only missed 1-2 days of work and soldiered through-
That's the one that I'm talking about. I talked to many people at work and we all had the same symptoms and had no idea who we're till a few months ago. Mine was a metallic taste across all foods and drinks for several weeks. My Dr said it was some weird respiratory virus that needs to run its course. Here is codeine-infused cough syrup, an inhaler and make sure to have plenty of rest.
Disappointed to hear that your first go round didn’t supply the immunity required to be a symptomatic. But I guess that’s what you get when commies release a fucking bio-weapon
It's all good, I'll still take 2-3 days over 4-6 weeks all day long.
They thought ours was delta too. Hubby didn’t get it but it took me out a couple days. Tylenol severe cold + flu worked fine. Oh, and elderberry!
Honestly, pretty sure it was flu. 🤷🏼♀️
My son was confirmed exposed at Boy Scout camp and brought it into the house. We can trace the entry to his return to the house.
How do you know it was Delta?
The symptoms the propaganda arm post to create fear. I'm sure as heck not getting tested.
