That's just lower court (and Lefty Harris County judge who likely won by fraud). This tactic is done all the time by the dims.

Dims in TX always win the corrupted county and city courts and then blast, "WE WON" only for their rulings to be completely reversed shortly after by the state courts.

It's already heading to the Texas Supreme Court which will really decide it.
