The CARES Act provided for a 20% add-on to the inpatient prospective payment system (PPS) DRG rate for COVID-19 patients for the duration of the public health emergency.
AKA if a hospital diagnosed someone with COVID in the US, they recieved 20% of that persons hospital costs from the Government through the CARES Act signed in March by Trump. When you add in a faulty PCR over amplicifcation test that made it easy to diagnose someone with any disease, you can see why the numbers got so high in the US. The hospitals had an incentive to diagnose people with Covid and the means to mismanage the diagnosing procedure.

My top priority of late has been to try to get information to the parents that the vaccine represents a very high risk of injury or death when compared to the risk from the Wuhan virus. First of all, the proof that the virus is not deadly to kids:
Kids have a 1/2,500,000 chance of dying if they catch covid-19
From the table below, a 15 year old male in a High Income Country (HIC) without co-morbitities has a 0.00004% chance of dying if they catch the Wuhan virus.
0.00004% means a 1 in 2,500,000 chance.
The values in the table are in percent, as evidenced by the fact that if you are 80+ years and old and unhealthy, the number is 20.08

To vaccinate your child means increasing their risk of death by 0.00538 / 0.00004 = 134.5. So you are increasing your child's risk of death by 134x when you vaccinate them.
Even if they don't die, the kids will have a 1 in 500 chance of a bad reaction to the virus, which can result in permanent injury. This is completely unacceptable.
If parents understood this, they would not vaccinate their kids.
