No, when the resident reneged on the original deal Trump brokered with the Taliban, Afghan Gov regional warlords/clerics and the Afghan Gov not pushing back, it gave the Taliban the case that both parties weren't honest stakeholders in the deal and confidence in the US/AfgGov plummeted with the warlords/clerics that really control the country so that's that.
