It's suspicious because that was put out a few days ago. Media was proclaiming it to get a recent pic of Biden at I believe Camp David. I think they claimed it was him getting an update on Afghanistan. How could it be a recent photo if there is currently a 2 hour time difference between London and Moscow and in the picture there is a 3 hour difference?
