Here's my speech from last week if you want to use some of it. Good luck ++++ ++++ ++++ Someone once said, "The typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out the virus, which is small enough to pass through material" That someone was Anthony Fauci last year. It even says this on the box when you buy masks. This is why virologists wear sealed suits with a separate oxygen supply.
Someone also once said, "Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth." Albert Einstein Someone also once said, "It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority" Ben Franklin
I asked for the clinical data from Maercker schools, deans, Sean Nugent as well as the "State of Illinois". That three-letter word you all cower behind. Guess what? There is no clinical data supporting masks on children. There is nothing or any one of my many emailed requests would have been met quickly with emails showing the data supporting masks. But it doesn't exist.
Empirical evidence shows us masks are unnecessary. Sweden is doing great - no mandates, masks or shutdowns. Denmark just recently abolished all restrictions. The most restricted and vaccinated countries such as Iceland and Israel are falling apart with the highest COVID rates.
Some can see. Many states abolished the masks, vaccine and shutdowns, including Tennessee, Missouri, Texas, S Dakota, Florida and many others.
But there is something killing 2400 people a day. 271 of every 100,000. a death every 36 seconds. It's not covid. It was never called a pandemic. It's called heart disease. Did we ban soda? Did we force exercise? Mandatory step-tracking wrist bands and fines for laziness?
In conclusion, Covid does kill. It killed influenza stats, it killed cancer stats, it killed heart disease and obesity. It killed critical thinking, intelligence and common sense. It is killing the economy, businesses and human compassion. It is killing our ability to cope with society, making us, and our children, think humans are toxic and diseased and should not be touched.
Are you going to let it kill a child's smile? Because that's the most beautiful thing about children, seeing them smile.
Illinois code states the school board only has authority over education and finance of the schools. The Dillon Rule specifically states you do not have the authority or right to mandate mask wearing. You still have a choice, so be the modern-day Albert Einstein and Ben Franklins and give kids the choice regarding the mask.
This good!
