Here are some things I find interesting.

I have trouble finding significance of the number 17 in published Bible reference material.
A lot of internet search results return a similar set of phrases and reasons.
Linking the timing of the landing of the ark to the timing of the feast of tabernacles is anachronistic.
The meaning of a number is not derived from the number of occurrences of the word in a text.
The meaning of a number doesn’t come from the nth occurrence in a selected text
Some articles say 17 is 7+10, and 7 and 10 have known meetings. Then those articles don’t mention the beast with 7 heads and 10 horns.
