OK well you’re sitting in the middle of that meeting, you might understand that Sean is talking about Oxford, Ohio USA. However from my point of view, he said Oxford right before he referred to his publications and books and I assumed Oxford University in England.
I think a lot of people would make the same mistake. I will correct my comments.
I am just warning people that when information is not presented in the proper context lacking explanation, that information can be misinterpreted.
When you Google Sean’s name I’m pretty sure that the first few things you see will be articles or opinions trying to discredit him or create doubt about what he said.
At least here in the .win community I am hoping that everything can be above board.

I just wish that people who have PhD‘s wouldn’t run around calling themselves doctors because that can confuse a lot of people.
There’s no reason he couldn’t have said, “I have a doctorate in education.”
