Belongs to Colombia's Military. Looks like a 767 cargo plane. This happens a lot actually. We fly our stuff into other nations too.
Who knows whats on them. Could be anything from aid supplies or cargo and even training. Another could be official state visits. Smaller nations will use their military planes as official dignitary visits because they don't have a whole fleet of fancy nice jets like we do.
However, aparently Colombia was picked(or at least agreed to) as one of the "bases" that afghanis were sent to fleeing Kabul.
BOGOTA, Aug 20 (Reuters) - Colombia will temporarily host Afghans fleeing their country's takeover by the Taliban while they await approval to enter the United States, President Ivan Duque said on Friday.
Duque did not specify how many Afghans would transit through Colombia. U.S. and Colombian media outlets have reported that the number will be about 4,000.
