I listened to a couple of episodes of X22 today and gleaned some interesting information. One thing I found interesting in the most recent episode is the talk about the USAR's 412 Engineering and their Caste Rock exercise.

This is how it was explained: first, the VP would write a letter stating the reasons to enact and that has to be signed by 8 of the cabinet members. Then she would send a copy each to the House and the Senate and THAT IS IT. He would be removed and we would have an ACTING-Pres. She would not become Pres until inauguration.

I'm thinking this is exactly why they didn't let anyone take obama out of office. he is not a citizen, his dad isn't a citizen and his mother was too young to confer citizenship. His grandparents should have filed paperwork to make sure he got citizenship but they didn't. Now camel can claim that if it was ok for obama, it set a precedent and she can claim the presidency. It's ridiculous, but so was obama being allowed to be president. The only country he was ever a citizen of was indonesia.

I heard that also, but there is a bit more to the 25th amendment than that. Do a search on the 25th amendment and read the 4 sections. I wish that Dave Hayes would have read it, or at least comprehended it.

If you read the text of the 25th amendment, there's more to it than this - if Joe fights it. There could be some significant delays and I do agree that would be a perfect time for the military to step in.

ha ha. If you read 25A, it reads that the President can write back and state that he is, in fact, competent. Then the issues goes to Congress and there can be all kinds of delays.
