While filling out the online forms they ask if you’d ever had heart problems, enlarged heart, clots, etc.

So my husband filled one out and marked yes on those (just to see), his appt was still made as if everything is A-ok.

Perfect - if he dies from the shot then they can just say it was a coincidence - he already had issues and that is what caused his death not the shot.
