Check that up swelling over Cuba.

That’s not minor.

We saw the same type of “super heated seeding” in rain bands during Harvey. These bands came up out of literally nowhere. This upswell has no possible way of taking place outside of weather manipulation.

Lasers have to hit something to scatter their light. It looks like they aimed at Cuba itself and caused massive seeding in that vortex.

Maybe we have some WeatherFags out here that can confirm / deny / expand / explain what this loop is showing
