Sounds similar to what happened with that court case in Alberta, Canada - the government forced to admit there was no evidence that could be presented demonstrating the existence of covid, so all emergency powers stemming from this false assertion(used to justify the powers) were invalid.

Anyone know what has transpired since then in alberta? The court finding was at the start of august, so its had a couple of weeks by now for consequences to appear.
