Regulatory capture in finance between the supposed regulators like the SEC and bank/investment CEOs lead to the 2008 financial crash and $trillions in thievery by people who have never been held accountable.

When the same scam (aka foxes running the henhouse) happens in other industries like health, energy, defense.. why should the outcome be any different? Massive crime is not just likely, its 100% certain.
