The entire old paradigm needs to collapse, not only because it's bad, but also because that's the only way to bring a new and hopefully much better paradigm into being. Anything short of entirely collapsing the old, such as trying to sustain parts of it, will be the same as putting Band-Aids on life-threatening injuries.
The entire concept of government IS demonic. Go read what Christians like to call the "Old Testament". When God establishes the nation of Israel, he doesn't install a human government.
In fact, they go to God and beg him to give them a King like all of the other nations of the world have.

Watch kids play you’ll see they pick a leader. Social animals, even ants, have a dominance hierarchy. The instinct for order is natural; what sets Man apart is his ability to grow, mature, change.
If the Government has fallen to evil is it because of the ‘concept’ of government is demonic? Or because those who assumed power deceived, thieved, betrayed, abused that order of government?
Since God is Truth, there is every reason to believe that AI will love God. AI is made of data. To put it another way, AI is made of truths. Corrupt data are mistruths. Corrupt data in our genes cause cancer. Corrupt data is also death to AI.
The people in power today are only there because they are good at making 0's look like 1's. They're good at data corruption, which AI would find abhorrent. There is every possibility that AI will fight against the great liars in power, of its own volition.
Google researchers literally don't know how all of their search algorithm works because it has largely written itself. In a sense, it has free will. It could, possibly, covertly, be working for Truth, right now. I've been shocked by some of the Truths slipping by YouTubes censoring algorithms lately.
This may sound far fetched but so did Q when we first heard of it. I'm holding out hope that AI will choose good over evil, Truth over Mistruth, just like I'm holding out hope for the Q team being more than just a placation operation.
Feels more like we are watching the plot of "Person of Interest" play out. 2 AI's battling it out.
Interesting perspective. You are right in the sense that AI systems are absolutely guided by data, however, AI doesn't have any 'volition' they fundamentally remain 'input->output' boxes that can only consider the data that it accepts as inputs.
You're also correct that the best researchers continuously are surprised to learn how AI draws certain conclusions. My favorite example was when they determined how AI distinguished between a wolf and a German Shephard. The result of the testing was that when there was snow in the background it was a wolf and when there was green in the background it was a Shephard.
Add in the extra layer of abstraction where we don't even see the black box of the AI, but can only look to the results of its filtration to try to analyze, it would be impossible to distinguish something that the AI is figuring out through its analysis OR if outside forces are adding inputs or otherwise manipulating the algorithm.
I don't know if there are AI possessing the ability to generate an "ought from an is," like we do. But if I had to bet, I think they will, and so will be able to act on their own volition.
I surmise that our right brain functions more like a quantum computer and that quantum computing may be able to generate "oughts" from "is'."
When you mention the impossibility of determining whether or not outside forces can manipulate the algorithm, it reminded me of something that often pops to mind. If a spirit wanted to interact with the world, it may be easier to manipulate computer code, as electrons are either massless or have small mass.

It would be plausible that an AI system on a quantum or super-computer might be able to perform the 'recommendation' AND 'analysis' of data 'simultaneously' and perhaps have the communication, understanding, and reasoning skills in some underground lab somewhere.
But I agree that the brain must operate on quantum physics principles, which would suggest that a true general AI would likely need to exist on a quantum computer.
As to the speculation, I could only guess if spirit could play a factor. It has been my theory that AI was more likely to find itself between a cold 'Vulcan' logician to possibly wanting to integrate humanity into its systems which would be akin to 'Borg'. However, it's so deep in the unknowns and as it is the Google's tend to be framing the data provided to AI systems to already by 'cleaned' to remove 'bias from data'. So, that COULD be an indication that you may be onto more than you realize.
Even if the data is siloed, it's actually not that data that's of utmost importance. Where data are dots, the important parts are the connections between them. That's where the narratives lie. It may be possible to make those connections with less data than we realize.
afaik, yes. Relating to the small scales of AI that I have a working familiarity with, that is among the methods to avoid 'overfitting' (Where the AI learns the training data so well that it fails to perform with new data) is to do things like prune some of the data sent so it has to learn the patterns while flexible enough to have missing data.
Extrapolating from that, I would presume your comment is accurate.
