When the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced on August 23 that it had fully approved the first Comirnaty-branded Covid vaccine, the mainstream media immediately began reporting the events. Joe Biden jumped in front of a microphone and told businesses that they should "step up" the mandatory administration of vaccines for their employees.
Dr. Anthony Fauci told the national media that he expects a number of new "mandates" to result from the approval of the Pfizer vaccine.
There is only one problem. The FDA has "approved" the wrong Pfizer vaccine currently available on the U.S. market.
Some people have looked under the facade and checked the facts of what the FDA was really doing, not what the media and Joe Biden's administration were saying.
On August 27, Liberty Counsel of Orlando, Florida, perhaps the most respected Christian law firm in the country, issued a press release, confirming the deception.
"The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) made the bait and switch, announcing that it had approved its "first vaccine against COVID-19" in order to advance "vaccine" claims and protect the pharmaceutical company Pfizer from legal liability. However, there is currently no fully licensed vaccine against COVID on the U.S. market. While this is confusing, and probably intentional, it sums up the current status of Pfizer-BioNTech injections:
All of Pfizer's existing vials (hundreds of millions) remain under federal emergency use authorization (EUA) (which means that people have "the option to take them or leave them");
Pfizer's third or "booster" shot is identical to the one above and remains under the EUA with limited use for certain categories of people;
BioNTech has received FDA approval for people 16 and older under the name Comirnaty, but there are no available doses of Comirnaty in the United States;
In other words, there is currently NO FDA-approved COVID-19 injection in the United States. All COVID injections in America are covered under the EUA, and thus people have a "choice to accept or reject" them;
Even when COVID vaccinations approved by the Food and Drug Administration become available, people are protected by federal and many state laws from being forced to get these vaccinations based on their sincere religious beliefs or rights of conscience."
They left out the most important detail.
The Emergency Use Authorization comes with legal immunity for Pfizer. So if your child drops dead immediately after getting the jab, all you get is sympathy and Pfizer carries on with the death machine.
The ghost product Comirnaty, has legal liability. Which is why Pfizer will never manufacture any under that brand name for the US. It is also why the FDA felt it could bypass all the normal requirements for approval. The FDA knows that nobody in the USA will ever get the Comirnaty shot, and therefore nobody can go after the FDA for rubberstamping it without normal testing.
The people we really need on our side in order to stand up to the FDA are the medical doctors and the scientists. Unfortunately, they are 95% on the side of the corrupt psychopaths.
Doctors stonewalled access to the field with absurd licensing restrictions like expensive school and years of free labor (residency) so they could theoretically make tons of money. What makes you think they would be held liability for any of these vaccines? In 1986, Congress removed liability for vaccines that are FDA approved. You have to go through arbitration, and almost nobody wins......even for the most serious cases.

This does not hold true if it is ever shown that a pharmaceutical company acted with willful intent to harm or deceive the public.
FDA approval can be rescinded and this would kill the product. But if the product is never distributed, no injuries can be proven and it's FDA status will never be threatened.
My point is that even when everything is FDA approved, they will still NOT be liable.

They have to provide among other things, full list of the vaccines ingredients along with certain evidence proving their claim that the new drug is the same as the vaccine currently.....
In effect this approval cannot be certified by the FDA until Pfizer gives them a lot of information that they simply don’t have.....
And already people are seeing that the FDA even admits that this new vaccine is not like the current vaccine.... and state that in the approval appendices ... which a few will recall Grassleys letter pointing out this statement by the FDA and demanding answers as to why it is different.....
The short of it is, Pfizer and BioNTech new vaccine will never see the light of day even in 2024 when it’s due to hit the USA.....

As I was going through the VAERS death reports from the c19 jab, I found smack dab in the middle, around the early 700's, pages and pages of foreign reports, in those foreign reports were mentions of the Comirnaty. At the top under the brackets where it lists the jab, it says pfizer, when you go down and read write up, there is mentions Comirnaty. So there are already deaths from this new jab that supposedly hasn't been created yet in America. They'll just ship the death shots from other places to here and presto you have your Comirnaty. I started finding them in around the 708, 709, 710 etc. page numbers when it lists 10 per page. I only had the search selected for c19 jab and deaths so it lists here in the US and foreign.
So many here kept saying it was full approval, even arguing with posts saying it wasn't. I kind of expected people here to not only read the lines, but between them as well.

So I've got a hypothetical from my understanding of this situation. Suppose a person wanted to get the shot, but they wanted the FDA approval that Comirnaty provides. If one were to fly outside the US where they do seem to have Comirnaty available and receive the shot. If adverse reactions happen are they still immune under that set of circumstances or does that act as a means of forcing liability?

While it is NOT a mRNA vaccine, it does use double stranded DNA, which infiltrates your cell and tells your cell to produce the mRNA. In my mind it’s mRNA with a middleman that happens to be DNA.
