Getting the jab does not prevent someone from transmitting the virus. It actually does the opposite because they can still host the virus but because of the jab they show less symptoms.
Sorry you are dealing with this, try to come at her from a place of concern and compassion and she may listen. Explain that if the jab did prevent spread you would get it, but that is not true.
This! People can still catch and spread covid after getting the shots. People that get the shots don’t notice the symptoms and are more likely to spread it. You’d be doing her a disservice by getting the shots. Not getting the shots means you would be able to identify symptoms and avoid spreading it.
At least that’s how I understand it. And that’s the justification I’m using to not get the clot shots.
Vaccines aren't a protective force field, they're just supposed to keep people out of the hospital. If you're sick at home with minor symptoms, instead of at a hospital, it doesn't jam up hospital resources.
