That's actually not a big deal. The Q-Clock expands every time it gets to the end for size. Understand that it's a spiral calendar with a 60-day cycle, and all the days from when it "started" in 2017 are kept within the calendar for reference. When it was first discovered by Q researchers, none of us anons knew that all this Q stuff would go this far beyond the elections, but here we are and the plan is still in play. Now it's been almost four years since the first marked date of October 28, 2017, so there are 1407 days marked: that's a lot of text to put on one image.
Since you seen to know about it was this made by an anon? Was this found by an anon? My gut feeling when this started floating around was that it's a white hat tool to help diggers because "we have more than we know" aka we're too dumb to figure out shit they thought would be solved. I've never seen a good answer for this clocks origins and why it's trusted. I don't care for germatia because it feels sort of the same to me. Just a bunch of random crap that will eventually look like something significant if you brute force it enough. I've never seen any one link it to drops themselves in terms of it's construction. Only that things end up lining up sometimes.
I only I know enough to know that when used correctly it can be a powerful system of linking posts to major events that don't line up ordinarily by deltas. (On that note, it's not related to germatia.) I've only ever stumbled upon it lining up for myself a couple of times, and only by accident.

It was not founded or designed by an anon, only discovered and presented in clock form by an anon, based on Q post #370 and other early Q posts referencing clocks, times, etc.
