If it's fake, then Fauci didn't order gain-of-function to humans and splicing HIV DNA into bat COVID. If it's fake, China didn't attack the world with a bio-weapon.

Oh, I'll grant that it's hugely exaggerated - but if it's fake, Fauci is more of an idiot than a murderer. And that's what I'm not able to believe.
