The real question is this: Who gets to enforce these guidelines? That is never stated; yet someone or some group would have to be in charge of overseeing, enforcing, and correcting things laid out in these "principles." Find out who or what that is and you will get to the heart of this mystery. I think we here at GAW have a good idea, but all doubt should be laid to rest and those behind this revealed for who and what they are.
