And just how do they plan to enforce this monstrosity? I saw in another article posted here that he's going to have OSHA write the language, but that doesn't address the issue of enforcement. Snitches? Mandate police? A whole new bureaucracy?
So virtually all businesses will either have to test their employees weekly for a virus, using a test that is known to be inaccurate... or else demand that every employee accept an experimental (non-FDA approved) injection?
Sounds legal. :>)
This edict should last about 1 day before being overturned by a Federal judge.
"... weekly testing mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees..."
My weekly test would be: "Do you have Covid?" "No". "You passed".
Honestly, exactly how many nasal swabs can a company possibly take and test. By the time any sort of results come back from a lab, it will be at least a week too late. Besides, there isn't a test currently that can tell the difference between Covid, the Flu or the common cold.
All a y'all planning on resisting They will try to enforce this through fines. The best way to prevent them from taking the fines out of your bank account is to minimize how much $ you keep in your account. Take it out in cash, gold, salaries, wages, or equipment or supplies you need as soon as you get it. Sure, they can escalate but don't make it easy for them. A few keystrokes and that money is theirs. Try to get paid in cash as well.
