Why else would they work so hard for so long on setting up the world in their fashion? We're talking generations here. They must really think they're coming back to live in the NWO lmfao
I bet the Vatican library has a bunch of hocus pocus books talking about it too, and they let the higher ups in secret societies read them as if its some super secret special book, to get them to believe in it, so they go along with the luciferian plot. What else is in it for them
Reincarnation would not be linear... It would happen out of time. Time is a human construct and does not exist beyond the veil. The "hocus pocus books" probably speak of how to achieve reincarnation ( or soul transfer ) within the current timeline.
Here is the deal though...
These true evil ones are cursed and no matter how hard they try to buck the spiritual system, they will always fail,. God wins! For instance those that harm, torture and kill children for the "youth energy" will be reincarnated as the very children they harmed. They will also remember their evil past life, making their suffering even worse, knowing they can not escape. Trapped forever in a loop, trying to loosh the energy off their own eternal soul. Eventually diminishing their soul essence to the point where their spiritual trickery no longer works. They are then weakened and exposed... as we are seeing in these times.
BTW this is just the thoughts that swirled thru my mind when I was a child and wondered how and why PURE evil people existed, and why so many are easily deceived by them.
