This is so important. I look at the manufacturer before any ingredients. It ifs P&G or any large publicly traded conglomerate I walk away from it.

Make butter at home. Get back to mason jarred home preserves, grind your own flour, start a garden, raise rabbits. The more stuff you get from your own land, the less that can be held over you when everything else collapses.
