Same here. I told my co-workers (I'm remote) and my boss had to let HR know. They called me in a few days to make sure I didn't come into the office until I was 10 days past the day after initial symptoms, and 24+ hours fever free without using Tylenol/motrin, or if I provided them with a negative test.
I told them I wouldn't take a test because I frequently get nosebleeds if the humidity is low or I sneeze hard, so nobody is sticking anything up my nose. They reiterated 10 days, and said longer is better. I WFH so that was no big deal. It was actually far easier than I expected it to be. HR is not usually reasonable.
