Pfizer's FDA approved "Comirnaty" is not even in the states, and won't be for a Year or Two. The only thing they have to offer is the BioNTech vaccine, which is still EUA only approved. Can one's job be lost because one does not take an EUA JAB?

The businesses are being coerced by the government through heavy fines, per person that does not comply. I believe businesses need to grow a wee bit of a spine because this will start hitting the courts shortly. However, in the meantime, the dems are counting on catching millions in their evil net before litigation prevents them. However, if a business threatens ones livelihood, then that is coercion to take a medical procedure, and that is against all sorts of laws, EUA or not. (Think bill of rights, Nuremberg code and fourth, fourteenth and tenth amendments. If they deny a religious exemption, then there is also the first amendment). Breaking the law is also the case if a work contract does not have vaccines described in it. A business is then changing the terms of the contract. Also under disability rules, they do not have the right to ask about what medicines one is taking. So, they do not even have the right to ask whether one is vaxxed, or not.
Thanks Sadness...they JUST rejected my Religious Exemption request, did not reply to my e-mail, rather had my immediate manager send me an IM with the Decline, and WE NEED TO SPEAK in the MORNING routine. I also attached this to my Religious exempting - I am asserting my right to a religious accommodation under Title VII of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S. Code § 2000e), which prohibits
discrimination against a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or
observance. SOOOO..aparently they are not observing Civil Rights anymore?
They cannot just deny your religious exemption request without going through an interactive process with you. Ask them why they denied your request and request to have an interactive process to come up with reasonable accommodations. If your employer does not allow you to have an interactive process and simply denies your request, make sure you document this and take legal action.

Yeah, it seems so. Don't let them bully you. Also remember, they have a federal axe hanging over their heads. At 30000 feet I see that the feds are trying to foment discord between business owners and their workers, mainly to distract from the colossal failures that they are responsible for. Business owners do not have the right to deny a religious exemption, and they are not allowed to ask for 'proof' of religion, either. They do not have the right to even ask after your medical status, and they certainly do not have the right to threaten or coerce you. Anyway, don't let them bully you. All this NEED to SPEAK is an attempt to intimidate, but you have all the power, and keep saying no.

Remember that autism and Asperger's is very hard to diagnose, so obstinacy has become defined as a mental disability. Oppositional Defiance Disorder, is a disability, according to the DSM-5. Threaten to file a charge of discrimination with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or your state fair employment practices agency, if they try to worm your vaccination status out of you, after obstinately saying no, three times.

No they cannot. They have no right to your medical information and have no legal grounds to discriminate against you or anyone else for medical reasons.
Would be no different than forcing everyone to get tested for HIV and firing everyone who does not get treated for it. Even if they dont have it.
Also no different that firing people for not getting a smallpox vaccine or any other treatment for a potential illness that can be passed to others.

They are treading on legal thin ice and they know it. You, hell. All of us need to force the issue. Make them do it by the book. Conversations mean nothing and emails hold little weight. If they do not fully document, there is no court that will take their side, they know it. They might "tell"people they are fired or "do not return to work" and try to force people into signing resignations that have nothing to do with the vaccine.
If they try to go that far DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT CLEARLY STATE WHY THEY ARE TERMINATING YOU(not veing vaccinated) AND THAT THEY ARE CHOSING TO TERMINATE FOR THAT REASON.
Sorry for all caps. Trying to get that point accross to everyone. HR is thdre for a reason. To protect the business from litigation. They will lie all day to cover their bosses ass. In the end, only the documentation can be brought to court.

Just had an interesting conversation with Wellspan...They advertise the Jab in Pa. I informed them 2 coworkers had a stroke after receiving the jab and asked if there was any legal repercussions for the manufacturer or the administer of the Vax.. the answer was a definite No because under EUA it is take at your own risk! Fuck that Shot...tell your employer to assume all responsibility in writing! I bet they back down!
