Simple solution - don't travel by air. Let them all suffer economically by not paying for their services. If you HAVE to travel by air, buy one of the fake-masks - they allow 99.9 unrestricted air-flow but look like every other cloth face diaper AND they meet every requirement that the dumbasses put in place because none of the face-diapers are FDA tested or approved.
