Agree. At the very least that is spy activity. When John André was caught with the maps from Bendict Arnold to sabotage and lose Fort West Point, he was hung until he shit his white pants and was left to hang for all to see. André was British, but if it were Arnold that was caught, he would have received the same fate or worse for the spy activity.

It' definitely a chess move from one of the sides. Milley seems completely bought into the deep state, so I am thinking this is a white hat move. This and the Afghanistan debacle.
