They record everything.

Remember those military IP addresses that left the DOD 3 minutes before Xiden took office? The company managing them tracked everything going through the data hub in Virginia (DC node?)

Well those IPs were just transferred back to the DOD last week. Their purpose was to track all data.

Could be linked? Can't wait to find out.
