The spirit of religion is one of satans most destructive tools. What it cannot control, it seeks to destroy.

The church has thrown this shiny thing on the ground to distract you. To keep you from looking back on all the evil done in it's name since it was begat. How many of you know that the church is NOT the bride of Christ, but the Holy City is? How many of you know that the church is not the body of Christ, but you and all the other believers are? Your body is the Temple of God.
1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
Leave out of the doctrines of men and find the wisdom of the Lord in Christ.

What may bake your noodle AND deepen faith is this: First born Son>Jehovah>Jesus Christ. The Christ WAS speaking the Truth in the above verses... Christ made ALL things new, if you but believe..
The word Religion literally translates to "return to bondage".
Webster's Collegiate Dictionary traces the word back to an old Latin word religion meaning "taboo, restraint." A deeper study discovers the word comes from the two words: re and ligare. Re is a prefix meaning "return," and ligare means "to bind;" in other words, "return to bondage." Do you still want some of that "old-time religion"?
