I don’t understand this one. So officials can’t own the same stocks that central banks buy? I mean everyone owns Apple does that mean you’re corrupt? Sounds slimy but I don’t think this one holds water. Unless there’s smth else I’m missing
The FED is putting billions of dollars in the market. The FED chairman, Powell is personally invested in these FED-pumped stocks. So basically this guy knows exactly which stocks are going to get pumped because… he’s the fucking chairman.
I understand the game is rigged. I’m just saying does this legally hold water? Is there a rule that fed chairman’s can’t buy stocks? It’s like that asshole Georgia senator who dumped her stocks before the covid crash. Was it unethical ? Hell yes. Was it illegal though?
