Well for any doctor or nurse that participates in this 2 tiers of medical care system the word knowingly comes to mind.

There will be no denying ones involvement in crimes against humanity if this comes to your care facility and you participate or stand silent to the crimes occurring all around you.

Kinda think that time has already passed. At least with the top people.

Some are completely clueless and just aren't looking at any facts. But, is that an excuse, either? Isn't the medical profession supposed to always be looking for what works and what will save people?
