Idk either. You’re right for an antenna, but there could be some resonances at lower frequencies. I tried to find this out several weeks ago, but all properties (conductivity, resonance etc.) are tuneable by adding varying amounts of oxygen to the carbon. No way to know what they’ve done.
I have a masters degree in electrical engineering, so at one point I knew quite a bit about electrodynamics and how electromagnetic waves interact with materials.
The trouble with microwave pulses, especially at very high frequencies, is that it does not penetrate the skin very deeply. We are talking microns here. So, you would either need a very high power output to get anything sufficiently deep into the skin or you would need to use a sufficiently low frequency.
Or perhaps their strategy is different; long term medium exposure. I am sure 5G is not healthy in the long term. It is like standing a foot away from a high frequency 10kW radar; People have actually died while doing that. Now, instead of 10kW at 1 foot, imagine a cumulative power of 100W at an average distance of 100 foot for years and years.
Anyhow, I would not rule it out. My education is 20 years ago and I moved in a completely different direction after I completed it.
Fun fact: About 15 years ago, when I started working, the research group I joined did research on the harmfulness of 3G and they got actual heads of dead people to do measurements on. Their conclusion was that a phone call only generates about 1-2 degrees of extra temperature, very similar to when you do sports. (Of course, temperature may not at all be a relevant factor, but hey, "believe in science!").
5G?

Sick stuff.
I don’t have my clear magnetics notes handy, sry. Here is the rough list:
