It's actually sad and tragic. This poor man is so delusional. What a horrible life they must have, living in such terror. He has no idea that he is being lied to, every single day by the people he trusts. And that the doctors he visits are actually killing him slowly, and if he does enter a hospital for COVID, they will be delighted to quickly end his life.
