Even Hal Turner, in some of the continuous posts, mentions that there is wide variation in the models, and the maps of the eastern seaboard being wiped out and Florida becoming navigable represent the worst-case scenario. I believe the models go from a 6m wave to a 120m wave, or something like that. Anyway, a substantial difference. Do your own due diligence, especially if you're in eastern lowlands.
