These "light" antihistamines don't work in all people, and, overuse can cause intolerance. I know, because I have an autoimmune condition. You don't want to lose the benefit of medication because of the intolerance effect.
There are more appropriate treatments for the virus. All these are going to do is moderate your immune response, not get rid of the virus itself.
Years ago I refused to let a Dr. give my son prednisone for a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy, because I nor my siblings can take it. Bad reaction, hallucinations, etc. After he bitched for a couple of minutes the Dr. finally said to take Zertec once a day, and Zantac twice a day for a week, and I have to tell you after 2 days it was unreal how fast his poison ivy started healing.
There was a guy (I think a Dr) on the Ivermectin sub that suggested Pepcid when I was posting about taking IVM there. Did some digging, and they've been using it in some countries to help with recovery with success.
And here I am having been taking ceterizine daily for years now.
You and me both. Let's wait and see if they now try to forbid OTC sales...
Interesting.
This is what I take for bee stings….😂
Lol in a few months it'll turn out every third drug on pharmacy shelves is effective against COVID... what a scam.

I was using zantac but the lawyers advert made me think, so a doc with the VA recommended Famotidine 1 1/2 years ago. Like it even more now!!
At this point I’m starting to feel like everything is effective against Covid EXCEPT the vaccine! 😂
