I keep telling my SO it’s a friggin’ cult.

Cult-zzz, plural: the Pfizer cult, the AZ cult, the J&J cult... they even rep each others’ gangs when they talk. My SIL waited for “The Pfizer”, because her doctor told her “it’s the one to get” - now we can’t stop hearing about her brand.
