After 12yrs active duty years ago all I can say is look who she is working for. The Commander in Chief and the Army and DOD leaders are what she is trying to deal with. I see this as an impossible position, but maybe she really does just suck at the job, there is that possibility. We all saw those that were promoted just to get rid of them.

A lot of women make terrible bosses -- esp the single ones married to the Army aka their ambition.
