Did you notice that no investigators set up a crime scene, cordoned off the area in the Capitol and gathered evidence for hours?
Before the "blood" was even dry, janitorial crews were on scene cleaning it up. In what murder scene is that ever allowed to happen?
If they analyzed the "blood", they would probably discover that it's not even human, and was likely fake special effects blood.
Did anyone see how they carried her downstairs? She certainly wasn't dying of a neck wound, or there would be blood all over the place. And there is no way that anyone official would allow bystanders to carry a fatally injured person like that.
